I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, and I have completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am currently in the process of registering with the College of Alberta Psychologists. At present, I work as a Mental Health Therapist at ARCH Psychological Services, where I provide therapeutic services to individuals, including children over the age of ten, adults, couples and families, at a compassionate rate.

As a developing mental health professional, I take an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My practice is rooted in person-centered therapy.
