Have you recently given birth? Have you suffered a loss? Are you feeling traumatized after your birth experience or feeling overwhelmed and scared navigating the fourth trimester. Are postpartum symptoms taking over? Feeling detached from your spouse, stressed, sleep deprived, self conscious or not like yourself is very unsettling. You feel as though you dont have anyone to talk to; friends and family don't truly understand what you are experiencing. You might be hiding your true thoughts and feelings about how everything you are living through is affecting you.
My clients come to me feeling lost and confused, aimless and emotional. I provide a space where it is ok to feel uncertain, where there is no judgement. I provide safety and support for my clients to open up about the difficulties they are facing and work towards healing.
As a BIPOC Counsellor and Childbirth Educator, I focus on the emotional needs of new moms. The journey to healing is not easy but it is extremely rewarding. I will be there to walk through this journey with you. I will support you and work through your challenges while being patient and consistent.
