As an LCT-C I am licensed to provide counselling and therapy services in New Brunswick, as well as throughout Canada. I follow a person-centered view where you are the expert in your own life. We will work together on goals and find interventions that are suitable to your unique situation. I offer an eclectic approach to counselling.

Depending on the client I pull from a wide range of evidence-based interventions. People, however, are not neatly tied packages with a bow. Each client has their own sensitivities and needs, and thus we can choose an appropriate intervention together. For clients with misophonia my approach is Misophonia Matters based on my own experience with the disorder.

As a therapist, and more importantly a human, I believe in a non judgmental approach to managing stress, depression, and other mental health concerns. I am a deeply spiritual person and I am open to all faiths and backgrounds.
