Hello and welcome! I'm Shayleen, the founder of Rocky Mountain Wellness. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. In addition to my broader work in mental health, I have a special interest in fertility and perinatal mental health. I support individuals and couples navigating emotional complexities of infertility, pregnancy loss, reproductive trauma, and the transitions of pregnancy and early parenthood. This area holds deep personal and professional significance for me.
