About
Do you find yourself feeling alone in your experience, not feeling like anyone “gets you”? Or that you are feeling so overwhelmed, just trying to keep your head above water? Have you tried all of your regular solutions and nothing seems to be working? Are you feeling frustrated with the same conflicts over and over with your partner? I would love the chance to work with you towards the life and connection you want. I believe we all come to counselling with our own valuable strengths which can be used to help us collaborate on solutions.
I see myself as a facilitator of insight and deeper understanding. Together, we can identify strategies that can allow you to develop the confidence to make the changes you see necessary in your life. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and work to create a safe space for exploration of the self, conflicts, life transitions, loss and more.
I’m looking forward to walking this journey with you so that you don’t have to face it alone. Not sure where to start? We can figure that out together.
