ADHD and ASD Drop In support - Book for intake

ADHD and ASD in-person support groups provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals affected by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism (ASD) to come together, share experiences, and receive mutual encouragement. Participants receive support and connection to get tasks done and engage in open discussions about challenges, strategies, and successes related to managing ADHD, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
