My ideal client is a neurodivergent teen or adult - or a parent trying to support one - feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. They want to build stronger connections, find clarity in their challenges, and learn how to embrace their strengths and live authentically, even in a world that may not always feel accommodating. I've been counselling people with ADHD and ASD in New Brunswick for over 10 years, but I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until my 30s or ASD until my 40s. That journey and professional experiences, like sharing the stage with Dr. Temple Grandin, give me a solid foundation to guide and empower others.
I specialize in neurodiversity, providing counselling for individuals and loved ones of those with invisible disabilities, including (but not limited to): ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Learning Disabilities such as Dyslexia and Dysgraphia.
I understand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to navigate a world that doesn’t always fit.
