Her affirmative and client centred services offers a wide range of therapeutic modalities, specializing in: Sex, sexuality, and intimacy concerns (AASECT member), Relationship concerns and conflict resolution, Trauma processing (EMDR, CBT, DBT, Narrative), Grief, Anxiety and depression, Body health and dysmorphia concerns, Midlife experiences and change. Her services are offered virtually to all Ontario residents and in-person in the Kingston-Belleville-Peterborough area.
Shaunacy provides an intentional practice that focuses on a person-centred approach and the ongoing professional advocacy of affirmative and accessible mental health support.
