Shaunacy (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with over twenty years of experience in counselling related services. Her affirmative and client centred services offers a wide range of therapeutic modalities, specializing in: sex, sexuality, and intimacy concerns (AASECT member), relationship concerns and conflict resolution, trauma processing (EMDR, CBT, DBT, Narrative), grief, anxiety and epression, body health and dysmorphia concerns, midlife experiences and change. Her services are offered virtually to all Ontario residents and in-person in the Kingston, Belleville, and St Catharines.

Shaunacy provides an intentional practice that focuses on a person-centred approach and the ongoing professional advocacy of affirmative and accessible mental health support. She uses an integrative approach, guided by the clients needs and goals. EMDR, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Compassion, and Expressive Therapies are often discussed and used.
