Hello, my name is Shaunacey (she/her) and I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate (LCT-C) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I work with individuals ages 16 and older with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, anger, and relationship issues.
I take a person-centered and collaborative approach to counselling, as I believe the client is the expert in their own life. I practice with principles and techniques of both Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients.
