These challenges can arise from life transitions, relationship struggles, or deeply personal stressors. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting adults, adolescents, families, and step-families as they navigate these moments and move toward healing and growth.My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including: • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) • Interpersonal Psychotherapy • DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) • Internal Family Systems (IFS). The above therapies, grounded in neuroscience & attachment theory, help us overcome our emotional troubles.
