At times, many of us face emotions and suffering that can feel overwhelmingly painful, disheartening, and difficult to bear, often due to unique stressors and events. I work with adults, adolescents, families, and step-families, providing support through a range of therapeutic approaches, including • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) • Interpersonal Psychotherapy • DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) • Internal Family Systems

These approaches, grounded in neuroscience and attachment theory, empower clients to access their inner strengths and unlock their potential for growth. Since cognitive therapy is often not enough to address intense emotions, I incorporate interventions based on regulating and organizing emotional experience to support individuals and families THRIVE.

By creating a safe, accepting, and confidential environment, I help clients, whether dealing with depression, anxiety, marital distress, or difficulties in peer relationships, to use their innate ability to heal and grow.
