If you want to change your life, therapy is a great way to start. I help people develop coping skills to manage complicated thoughts and emotions. With 22 years of experience, I specialize in providing a supportive setting to help you set goals, make changes, and overcome difficulties. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, panic attacks and relationship problems. I also work with people who need help processing trauma, abuse and sexual assault. I also take a limited number of couples who are struggling with communication, stress, infidelity and sexual issues for couples therapy.
For your first 50 minute session, I offer a full mental health evaluation and a clinical impression of a diagnosis. During the following sessions, I teach people CBT and DBT skills so that they can better manage their emotions and relationships. I also provide evidence-based trauma counselling. Costs are $170/hr with insurance and $160/hr without insurance.
Please contact me about a free 15 minute phone consultation. Many insurance companies cover services with Registered Social Workers.
