With a passion for lifelong learning, Shauna has completed a Master of Science in Psychology and is certified as a Somatic Sex Therapist and Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist (Trauma Speciality). She has completed Gottman Level 1 and Level 2, as well as EFT Level 1 and 2 training. She has also completed supplementary training in Holistic Health Coaching, Mindfulness, Yoga, San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training, Understanding Emergency Worker Trauma and Understanding Firefighter Culture & Trauma to support her work with first responders. Most recently, Shauna has been pursuing a PhD in the field of Clinical Sexology.
