As we journey through life, sometimes the way is easy and other times it is not. Therapy may help us explore whatever we have encountered along the path. I work with individuals 18 and older who would like to explore the paths previously travelled, while developing strategies for balance and wellness on the journey forward. My goal is to walk with you for a time, to co-create a space to reflect, learn and grow, guided by the inherent wisdom you carry within you.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally safe and grounded in the belief that YOU are the expert on your journey. My practice is informed by both Indigenous and Western approaches to mental wellness with an openness to whatever you bring into the room. I believe this is sacred work and am honoured by the trust of my clients.
Stepping into therapy is stepping into yourself, providing your essential being with what it needs to have better balance in a world that challenges us every day. It is an opportunity to seek your inner wisdom, to embrace the many parts of who you are. You deserve to know who you are and how MUCH you are! It is your right as a human being.
