I am Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (MSW, RSW) and have been working with individuals, and their families, to overcome issues of distress and family discord since 2007. I focus on seeing clients one-to-one, addressing issues that span: mood and anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions and other issues that impede self-efficacy.
