Are you feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the stress of everyday life? Maybe you're trying to heal from a painful relationship, navigate unresolved trauma, or find direction in your career or personal life. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for more peace and balance. Whatever you're facing, reaching out for support is a powerful and courageous step forward. I also support individuals who are attending therapy as part of court-mandated requirements. I understand the unique pressures that come with this, and I strive to offer a supportive, respectful environment.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, conversational approach rooted in empathy and respect. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard; free from judgment, and safe to share openly. Whether you're working through difficult emotions or just trying to make sense of things, our time together is about you and what you need to heal and grow.
If you're ready to take the first step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. You don’t have to figure it all out alone, support is here. Let’s work together toward a lighter, more empowered version of your life.
