My clients are thoughtful, capable people who’ve spent years showing up for others but now feel emotionally tired. They may be managing anxiety, depression, or trauma while balancing work, family, and identity pressures. Many describe feeling disconnected from themselves or unsure how to move forward. In therapy, we create space to slow down, unpack what’s weighing on you, and explore new ways to feel grounded, confident, and at peace—with yourself and the life you’re building.
Anxiety • Depression • Trauma & PTSD • Racial Trauma • Life Transitions
I offer talk therapy grounded in warmth, empathy, and trauma-informed care. Together we explore patterns, emotions, and life experiences to help you find balance and self-understanding. I integrate mindfulness, CBT, and EMDR-informed tools to support healing,
Therapy with me is a calm, supportive space to breathe, reflect, and feel understood. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and find practical ways to ease anxiety, heal from pain, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to do this alone—change is possible, and I’d be honoured to walk with you through it.
