Facing difficult times with support and help, is easier than facing them alone. Whether you are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, PTSD, or overwhelming emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, you do not have to navigate these alone. My passion is helping individuals, parents and/or families learn how to cope and manage more effectively, using evidenced-based treatments and strategies, in order to achieve meaningful change today and hope for the future.
I am a registered social worker and a seasoned psychotherapist with over 10 years experience. I provide mental health assessments, and evidence-based treatments for diagnosed disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and BPD. I provide support & skills training for parents who feel like they're drowning, caring for a youth who is struggling.
If you are feeling lost and alone, there's always a way forward. You do not have to face difficult times by yourself. I'd love to help.
