About
I am a Registered Psychologist with over ten years experience working with mental wellness. I emphasize the connection between the mind and body, and provide practical and effective tools to address physiological, psychological and interpersonal manifestations of stress and distress. This includes chronic pain, sleep disturbances, health concerns, relationship conflict and much more. I believe that mental wellness is foundational to good health and when we make it a priority we experience benefits in all facets of our lives.
My practice is eclectic, and draws from many different evidence based approaches. I pay attention to each client's needs and preferences and tailor the therapy to each individual. Meaningful change can be achieved through a strong therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust and respect.
Therapy is a collaboration, and together we will set clear goals to ensure meaningful change. I encourage and welcome feedback.
