My approach is integrative (e.g., ACT, CFT, CPT) with the goal of assisting nurses meet challenges associated with issues such as vicarious trauma, moral distress, burnout, and the cumulative exhaustion that can come from being the person others consistently turn to for care, steadiness, and strength.
