My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps people understand their inner experiences in terms of the different “parts” of themselves. These parts often develop in response to life experiences—some parts protect, some carry pain, and some soothe.
Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, we work to understand and relate to them differently, so internal conflict can soften and more clarity can emerge.
