Welcome, My name is Shantelle Alexandra. In my previous life, I worked as a preschool teacher. My background working with children has provided me with valuable insights into human development and the significance of early experiences in shaping our lives. This foundation has informed my approach to therapy, particularly in understanding how trauma can impact us from an early age and continue into adulthood.
