Welcome. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a background in Speech-Language Pathology. I offer an ethical and compassionate space for folks to open up and explore their inner world. I support people who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use issues, low self worth, and relationship challenges. I work with folks who are autistic and/or have ADHD, and I support people who are wanting to prepare for and process psychedelic experiences.
My approach is integrative with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems. I also have training in Somatic Experiencing and like to weave in spiritual philosophies. I work from a non-pathologizing, anti-oppressive, decolonizing lens and utilize neuro-divergent affirming practices.
