About
**CURRENTLY FULL. ONLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS FOR WAITLIST.** I am a registered social worker specializing in supporting individuals who want to better their life circumstance and/or seek understanding in why they may feel and react the way they do. I work with people to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and support the overall improvement of self-worth and self-confidence. I believe the pursuit of happiness stems from finding purpose and meaning in one's life and I believe therapy is an excellent way to support and enhance this discovery.
I work with clients who struggle with mental health concerns, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, and interpersonal difficulties. The therapeutic modalities I use include EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
If you are motivated to seek help in working through uncomfortable emotions, negative thinking patterns, or difficult life circumstances, I look forward to supporting you. Please contact me via telephone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
