I am a nonbinary, neurospicey therapist who is trauma informed and I also have neurospicey children. I work with adults and children ages 5+ to understand their own needs and strengths. I support clients exploring anxiety, depression, domestic violence, trauma, CPTSD, ADHD/autism, and late diagnosis. I can also provide support for parents who are learning about their children's neurodiversity. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that you’re not broken—your nervous system adapted to survive. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself, not fixing yourself. I am available online or in person.
I am a grad student who is completing their Master's degree. I am an art therapy practitioner. I use lived experience, understanding and feministic, ACT, IFS, family systems theory. I am trauma informed and can teach you regulate and how to accomodate your own needs at home and in public.
I understand lifes struggles not just from a book but lived experience. I will hold a safe space for you to share and talk about how you can move forward using your strengths and skills. I want to understand you and help you design your life around your needs.
