Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, or major life transitions that have left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to turn next. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and real — a space where you can show up fully, explore what’s been heavy to carry, and begin reconnecting with your strengths, confidence, and sense of calm. Together, we’ll move at your pace, in your time, toward meaningful and lasting change.
My passion for mental health began early and was shaped by my own experiences with anxiety, grief, and loss. As a therapist and mother of three, I understand the challenges of balancing life’s demands while caring for yourself and others. These experiences deepen my empathy and remind me that therapy is about rediscovering resilience and peace.
I take a trauma informed and strength based approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Trauma Focused CBT. Whether you are a parent seeking support, a teen working through anxiety, or an adult coping with loss, I will meet you with compassion and curiosity. Together we can build tools for healing, understanding, and emotional balance.
