My goal in therapy is to strengthen the bonds that make families flourish. As a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years experience working with children, youth and families, I focus both on parents looking to enhance their relationships with their teens and with teens navigating the challenges of adolescence.
Families are a source of our deepest joys and most painful stresses. My therapy sessions take these truths to heart by focusing on your family, either the whole group or individual members of it. I provide a safe space for you to share your perspectives with the aim of enhancing communication and strengthening the bonds between you and your loved ones.
