In contrast to the dismal view of scientific materialism in today's world, I believe the universe is interconnected, living, and intelligent; and that everyone has purpose beyond their physical existence. Therefore, I utilize spiritual and philosophical elements in my practice, as well as psychological, to nurture consciousness toward healing and evolution.
An unconventional education in the fields of psychology, religion, and consciousness studies has provided for my unique approach to counselling, which includes theory and techniques drawn from psychoanalytic, Jungian, existential, developmental, holistic, and transpersonal psychology.
