Helping a person feel safe enough to share and understand their life stories is my goal. I have been counselling individuals/families on our farm location for over 15 years, and I believe one thing is essential: the power to choose. I have worked with people from all walks of life and use these teachings to empower people to live the life they want. I specialize in Equine Facilitated Counselling, however we can also do the traditional thing and have meaningful change conversations. Some of my passions are; sports psychology, clinical supervision, and helping people overcome the past and current stressors
