Above all, you want to heal and reclaim your life, but you need someone who truly comprehends and will support you through this journey.
I will listen with care to understand how coercive control affects you and your children. Together, we’ll explore its impact and develop strategies for communication, safety, and therapeutic parenting. As your feminist and violence and abuse informed therapist, I’ll connect you to resources and remind you of your strength as you come back to yourself.
When words aren't what is needed, I often integrate therapeutic harp music into client sessions, to support rest, clarifying of thought, and reconnecting with self.
