A general pattern I find with most people who choose to work with me is feeling stuck. Whether that's in career or life choices, a habit they you are trying to kick, or a feeling that you have more potential you want to actualize. Areas I am particularly drawn to working with include religious trauma, sexual trauma, addiction, and career and entrepreneurship. I find that people gravitate to my hypnosis modality (Hypnosis Assisted Healing) when they feel like they want something more than talk therapy, or that their situation requires a different approach. Hypnosis has had a remarkable impact on my own life. I am committed to helping others explore it and achieve similar benefits in their own lives. I have a very existential and stoic approach to life. I don’t sugarcoat things, and I believe the biggest questions like death, suffering, and meaning, should be addressed head-on.

My work with others is heavily informed by my own experiences. I am an ex-Orthodox Rabbi who was raised in a religious fundamentalist home and as a result, I’ve grappled with a plethora of mental health challenges myself. Consequentially, I bring a very open mind and firsthand empathy to my work with others.
