I offer a warm, client-centred space where you don’t need to have everything figured out. I work with both heterosexual and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating stress, burnout, or relationship challenges. Sessions are available in person or virtually through our downtown Toronto office near Cabbagetown. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, creating space for honesty, care, curiosity, and even a touch of humour along the way.

My ideal client is someone feeling stuck or overwhelmed, burnt out, navigating a relationship issue, or facing a big life change. On the outside, they might seem fine, but inside they feel disconnected or unsure of who they’re becoming. They may be nervous about therapy but are open to exploring their experience with honesty, curiosity, and even some humour.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and if you're reading this, I acknowledge the courage it takes. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. Sometimes just talking things through can help. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, I’d be honoured to support you, one step at a time. You are not alone.
