Whatever your needs and hopes for counselling may be, I am here to meet you where you are at. I can see you in one of 3 locations: Maple, Innisfil, or Bradford, or virtually. I support my clients by providing a non-judgemental counselling experience. I understand that for some, counselling can be uncomfortable. Many clients have shared that my warm and genuine presence, coupled with my clinical skills, have helped them to get the most from their counselling experience. I will adjust my therapy to suit your individual needs to help you achieve the growth you are looking for.
I have experience working with a wide range of counselling issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, emotion regulation, stress management, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, and more.
