I am an RP that works with various challenges and experiences, but I find myself drawn to working with Trauma (BIPOC, Religious & Cultural, generational, PTSD), Stress & Depression (situational, prolonged anxiety, and emotional dysregulation), and Life Transitions.
I believe mental health advocacy recognizes individualism.
My frameworks are discussed below; I find that getting to the roots of present challenges, understanding its relationship with different environments, with other people, and most importantly, with yourself, can be a way to develop effective steps to enhance your well-being.
