We exclusively use EMDR with all of our clients at every age. We are now offering EMDR Intensives which is an accelerated way to do multiple hours of EMDR in a short period of time. We are client-centred, trauma-informed practitioners and our goal in every session is to create a safe, supportive, accepting environment which allows our clients to be themselves. In this authentic and safe space real change can occur. We believe in the life-changing benefits of EMDR for all ages. We respect our client's unique backgrounds and stories and foster a collaborative relationship to better create meaningful therapeutic goals.
Kindred Counselling offers specialized services for children and youth and adults using EMDR. Additionally children and teens will also have expressive therapy and play therapy included in the therapeutic process. We have 5 EMDR therapists and lots of availability! Book a session now!
Kindred Counselling has an amazing play therapy room that children and youth love! We have multiple toys and art supplies for them to express themselves. Therapists have passion, experience and expert skills creating the perfect balance to meet our clients needs. Adult EMDR clients will enjoy a modern private counselling office in the same building upstairs.
