My goal is to help create a non-judgmental space for you to safely achieve the changes that you wish to make in your life.

I work from an Integrative therapeutic approach, primarily based on Psychodynamic, Emotion-Focused, Humanistic & Experiential therapy models, with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as an adjunct to therapy.

I believe that each individual's needs are unique and I will cater my approach to your needs in order to guide you through your change process.
