I am a licensed psychologist with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec in private practice. My main treatment approach is cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). I specialize in working with adolescents, and adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. I typically see adolescents who are overwhelmed by their emotions (temperamentally sensitive/perceptive), are anxious/depressed, struggling with school/peer problems, and transitional issues.
I am a co-founder of the Montreal CBT clinic that has a central location in Montreal. At the clinic, there is also a qualified psychologist who offers couple therapy.
We strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can learn to incorporate cognitive behavioural strategies to make healthy changes.
