I have a limited number of places available for short-term therapy beginning at the end of April until the end of August. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss whether this would be the right fit for you. I work collaboratively with individuals (18y+) to provide support for various concerns including low mood, anxiety, stress and burnout, self-compassion, trauma, and relationship issues. With an integrative approach, I combine insights from psychology, neurobiology and mindfulness approaches to empower clients who are working through difficulty and seeking greater balance in their well-being.
My focus is on guiding people to connect with their inherent strengths and resiliency. I work with individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds. Clients are invited to explore their concerns in a safe space. I provide tools for enhanced awareness, clarity, self-regulation, attuned communication, and security in relationships.
I’m deeply inspired by the courage and caring nature that each of you bring to doing ‘the work’. I’ve trained in both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (University of Massachusetts Medical School) and psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Argyle Institute in Montreal.
