I have successfully worked with adolescents and adults struggling with issues such as substance abuse, depression,& anxiety.
My goal when working with you will be to develop a therapeutic environment which is based on safety, trust, and compassion. No two people are alike, and therefore, I use an integrative approach (CBT, Solution Focused & client centered therapy) to best fit the person I am working with.
