I am a psychologist licenced by the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec and I have experience in helping people with a large breadth of difficulties. I am trained to offer both CBT and psychodynamic therapies.
Whether you are feeling depressed and unmotivated or panicky and anxious ; whether you are looking to change a behavior, struggling with your relationships or simply looking for a third-party perspective. The breadth of my training allows me to adjust therapy to meet your individual needs.
My experience at McGill Counselling and Mental Health Center and my training at the Jewish General Hospital and Montreal General Hospital position me well to help you achieve your goals. I specialize in adult individual psychotherapy and my practice is informed by current research.
