I am a psychologist registered with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec specializing in research-supported treatment approaches known collectively as Contemporary Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients find ways to overcome new, and sometimes old, challenges as well as to adjust to limitations. I make therapy active, including running sessions outside the office for exposure when needed. I prefer to keep therapy time limited to improve accountability and maximize results for efforts.
I practice remotely after having been located in downtown Montreal and have gained most of my experience working as a clinical psychologist in the city's major hospitals performing psychological assessments and doing therapy with adolescents and adults. I have taught graduate level clinical psychology courses at university and now supervise trainees.
I am fully bilingual in French and English .
