For 20 years I have worked with adults facing difficult life stressors including relationship difficulties, separation, divorce, trauma, substance abuse, grief issues. I work with clients in an empathic way which fosters self-awareness and positive change. I integrate resilience principles and insight oriented/interpersonal strategies with cognitive-behavioral therapy, to promote coping skills and build self esteem. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and grief.
