My approach is integrative and it encompasses EMDR Therapy (please visit EMDRIA website), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy. I also integrate Somatic techniques for emotional regulation.
I love what I do because I am so privileged to witness people's resilience and strengths. I see before my eyes the capacity to heal from the past and to live a more fulfilling life while feeling more connected with others.
