Multicultural and bilingual, I have lived and worked in different countries and cultures including France, USA, Tunisia, Switzerland and Quebec. This has taught me that the search for meaning and wholeness and human connection is universal. However, in today's fast paced wired world, both inner and outer pressures make it easy to lose track of these values, to disconnect from our own needs , our inner voice and from authentic relationships with others. Depressions, anxiety, even certain health issues are just some of the inevitable symptoms that may emerge to make us stop and question our trajectory.
As a Jungian analyst,I have many professional tools and techniques, from developmental psychology to dream work, But the most important tool will always be a sensitivity to your particular fears and hopes, dreams and conflicts , knowing that what brings us into therapy can also, surprisingly, lead to positive change .
I believe in the democracy of the psyche. In letting emerge and making peace with all aspects of the psyche, conscious and unconscious. As Jung often said, the goal of analysis is not to become perfect but to become whole, to live most fully all of our unique human self.
