We provide confidential and empathic psychotherapy mental health services to adults, adolescents, children and families. All services are provided by a licensed mental health professional or under the supervision of a licensed professional. Services are available for adults, children, adolescents and families in English or French. We work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative and other trauma-related difficulties, childhood maltreatment, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Therapy and assessment services are available. We take a collaborative approach to therapy, working in partnership with people to empower them to work toward their own healing and mental health. Our therapists strive to establish a genuine and empathic relationship with clients and believe healing can only take place in an environment of trust and safety.
We service clients in Quebec or Ontario, in-person or via teletherapy. Call or email and someone from our office will contact you shortly. Confidential therapy and assessment services are reimbursed by most insurance packages.
