Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, a couples therapy approach proven to durably heal wounded relationships, in EMDR, a revolutionary approach to trauma and in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, I bring a radically different perspective to suffering, effective in alleviating anxious and depressive symptoms based on most recent avances in neuroscience.
