I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I am a registered psychotherapist in Ontario and Québec working in private counselling, with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Workman's Compensation in French and English. My psychotherapeutic approach is eclectic. I offer the benefits of solution-oriented hypnotherapy to reduce stress, manage chronic pain, relieve sleep disorders and modify compulsive behaviours (smoking, phobia and compulsive eating and drinking, etc.). My work is highly influenced by humanist and behavioural psychology and by Transactional Analysis.
In addition to my training is psychology, I have held senior management positions in Canada and abroad. I have taught in four universities in French and English.
