I am a licensed psychotherapist with a masters degree in Social work from Mcgill University, with over 20 years experience working in the health field. I completed a post graduate certificate in Couple and Family therapy at the JGH dept of Psychiatry. I use an empathetic approach to ensure the therapeutic alliance is built on trust and safety. My clinical experience involves working with individuals, couples and families who have been affected by cancer and other illnesses and related losses. I also help my clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem and family of origin issues.
