In my 18 years of working as a psychologist I have met with all types of people facing a myriad of challenges. What I have learned over the years is every one of us is doing our very best to get through life. Sometimes, we need help learning new ways to be our best selves. My goal in therapy is guiding people not just to survive, but to thrive. I will meet you where you are, and build from there. I like to teach skills that can be used long after therapy has ended. I focus not only on healing trauma and reducing symptoms, but I also help others find meaning and fulfillment in order to enjoy life again.
Some specialty areas in which I have additional training include: trauma, anxiety, depression, identity issues, and relationship issues. I am well-versed in non-mainstream identities and lifestyles.
