I offer psychotherapy for adults who value clarity, steadiness, and an internally coherent relationship with themselves. Many people arrive outwardly capable and reflective while privately carrying grief, disorientation, or patterns that no longer correspond with who they are becoming. Therapy is approached as a considered, contained space to slow the pace, listen with precision, and understand how experience has shaped inner life so change unfolds with intention rather than urgency. My approach is collaborative and grounded in Adlerian psychotherapy. We attend to the whole of your life, including your relationships, values, sense
of belonging, and the meanings you have made along the way. Encouragement, purpose, and respect for your unique context guide the work. I integrate additional therapeutic approaches with care and intention, in service of depth, dignity, and meaningful change. I work extensively with grief and trauma in their many expressions, including bereavement,
relational loss, identity transitions, complex or ambiguous loss, and experiences involving systems or prior care relationships. Grief is not treated as a condition to resolve, but as a human process requiring time, containment, and thoughtful integration.
