There is a large stigma around therapy and mental health and it is saddening as it keeps too many people away from a trained ear that can help untangle and heal those things we carry that are in our way. You know, procrastination, or listening to our partner, or getting that promotion at work, or understanding why your team isn't performing and thriving. Perhaps life just isn't making sense in general. Or we feel that we just don't fit and no one can possibly understand. Help is here.
With over 22 years in the helping field and a variety of training and approaches therapy is all about you and the helper, me, wanting to fully understand and hear you, creating safety and new awareness, new thinking and a new you. There is something between you and what you want, let's find it together.
